How it works
From your website address to a plain report in your inbox. Here is every step.
You send your website
Type your website address and email into the form, or email scan@clinicadcheck.com with your website address and state. Attachments are removed without being opened.
We confirm you manage the site
If you used the form, we first email you a link: one click confirms the address is yours. If your email address is at the website's own domain, that is usually enough. Otherwise we send a short code to publish on your site (a meta tag, a small text file or a DNS record). Reports only go to verified addresses.
We confirm your state
We read your state from the address on your site and from your request. If they do not match, we ask you before scanning, because the rules differ by state.
The scan
Software reads up to 20 public pages (60 for a multi-location Fix Group). It starts with your sitemap, then follows links from your homepage, and reads the pages most likely to carry advertising claims first: services, team and doctor bios, pricing and offers, reviews, before-and-after galleries and contact. It never submits your forms and never logs in. Each finding names the page, the text and the standard it relates to. Low-confidence findings are marked "Uncertain: verify yourself".
Your report
The report arrives by email with a link to the full version and a PDF copy. Each fixable item shows its price. Tick the ones you want, choose Review or Auto mode, accept the terms and pay with Stripe.
Your fixes
You get paste-in text for each item with its exact location. Check each change before you publish it. Reply DONE once they are live and we re-scan those pages; otherwise we re-scan after 7 days.
Optional: monthly Watch
Watch re-scans your site once a month against the current rules pack and emails what changed. Cancel any time.
